If you are not completely satisfied with METRIN products for any reason, you may return your products under our guarantee.
First-time purchases of a full-size METRIN Skincare System (165 ml) can be returned within 180 days from the date of the initial purchase.
Proof of purchase is required for all refunds and exchanges. Please contact our Client Care Team to open a request for a refund or exchange.
