I Ordered – Why didn’t I earn Points?

There are a few reasons why you may not have earned points:

  1. Your order has not been completed yet. Your points will be added to your Dashboard when you receive confirmation that your order has shipped.
  2. We goofed up. If you think we made a mistake, please contact our Client Care team.
